Every tier includes a mobile version, three languages, a contact form, a portfolio, a map and basic search optimisation; what differs is the number of pages and the features.
Essential

For a business that needs a simple site: who you are, what you do and how to reach you.
A simple site of up to four sections: a short account of the company, a gallery of the work, contacts and a map. The site does not have to do anything, it has to be read, so it is fast, secure and easy to read on a phone. It is the right choice if clients currently find you only by referral and you need one address to point them to.

Professional

For a business whose site has to do something, not only say something.
The tier for the more technical work: a user login and a private area for clients or staff, integrations with the systems you already use, and several forms each routed to its own inbox, for example enquiries to sales and CVs to HR. Up to eight pages with custom design elements and analytics. This is the tier for a company whose website is a working tool rather than a business card.

Premium

For a business that sells online or keeps its own stock and catalogue up to date.
Everything in Professional, plus an online store or a booking system and a warehouse or catalogue section you edit yourselves: stock, prices and quantities change without us. Premium projects get priority delivery: we start them first.

The scope of the store, the stock and the bookings is set in the quote, so the price starts from €800.
What happens in each phase
Four phases, each one setting out what we do and what you get.
Call and quote
20 minutes by phone or video: we work out what the site is for, which tier fits and whether you want to pay in instalments. After the call we send a written quote with the price, the deadline and the content list. You get a document you can approve with a single reply.
Content
You send the text, images, logo and contact details from the list in the quote. Text in one language is enough; we prepare the other two versions. The deadline is counted from the day the content is complete.
Design and build
We build the site in three languages with a mobile version, forms and basic search optimisation. We send a link to the preview; you collect your corrections in one list and we apply them. You get a site you can check on a phone and on a computer before it goes live.
Launch and upkeep
We connect the domain, the SSL certificate and the form email, check speed and security, and publish the site. From that point upkeep runs at €30 a month with 3 hours of edits, cancellable any month. You get a working site and a list of everything upkeep covers.
Upkeep €30 a month
The site is finished, but it does not look after itself. For €30 a month we keep it running, keep it secure and make content changes when you need them.

You can cancel in any month with a message to [email protected], with no penalty. The month you have paid for runs to its end, and you receive the website files and data. Cancelling upkeep does not change ownership; we simply stop providing hosting, backups and edits.
Paying in instalments
The cost of the build can be spread over monthly payments, and so can a big new feature added later. Professional over 5 payments, for example, is €100 a month.
