We process the data you enter in the contact form or send by email and, if you consent to analytics, data about how you use the site. The site creates no user accounts and collects no data from other sources.

• First name and surname

• Technical data for the spam check: IP address and the result of the check
• If you consent to analytics: the pages you visit, where you came from, your device and browser type, your approximate location at country or city level, a pseudonymous identifier stored in a cookie, and your IP address, which Google uses only to derive the location
• The record of your cookie choice: a randomly generated identifier, the choice, its time, the policy version, the page language and where the choice was made

We use the data to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if we come to an agreement, conclude and perform a contract. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive and in protecting the site from spam (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We process analytics data only with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7.¹ of the Latvian Information Society Services Law), to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We keep the record of your cookie choice because we must be able to demonstrate your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(c) and Article 7(1)).

We do not use the data for marketing mailings without your separate consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Proposal for review: requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for 12 months from the last correspondence and are then deleted. If a contract is concluded, the correspondence and the contract documents are kept for the period set by accounting and tax law.

Google deletes Google Analytics event data linked to cookie identifiers after 14 months, and the analytics cookies are valid for up to 13 months from your last visit. Records of cookie choices are kept for 3 years.

You can ask us to delete the data sooner by writing to [email protected], unless the law obliges us to keep it.

We use three processors. Cloudflare, Inc. provides the hosting, the processing of the contact form, the spam check (Turnstile) and the storage of cookie choice records. Resend, Inc. delivers the message entered in the form to our email address. Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics, which we load only with your consent.

All of them process data under a contract and in line with the GDPR; where data is transferred outside the European Union, it happens with the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission standard contractual clauses. We do not pass or sell data to any other third party; we disclose it to public authorities only in the cases laid down by law.

Strictly necessary cookies, such as wr_lang, which records that the page language has already been settled, are used without consent. We load Google Analytics only after you press Accept in the cookie bar. You can change your choice at any time by pressing Cookie settings in the site footer. The cookie policy lists every cookie with its purpose and how long it is kept.

You have the right to ask for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict the processing, to object to the processing and to receive the data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Send requests to [email protected]; we answer within one month.

If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv).
